Reality based self defense system teaches age appropriate safety awareness, danger avoidance, abduction prevention & self defense skills to children of all ages. Program is taught in a lively & upbeat manner which incorporates games & role playing scenarios designed to build discipline, confidence, self respect & social awareness.
KARATE MOM'S FITNESS BOOT CAMP AGES 8 & UP
SHORT TERM 4,6 & 8 WEEK PROGRAM
Challenging but extremely fun, positive & motivational fitness boot camp for kids, that incorporates calisthenics, push up, sit ups, jumping jacks, sports & agility drills, medicine ball workout. Reaction drills that incorporate self defense techniques & kickboxing drills. Medium to high impact cardiovascular workout that is done to all of the latest music that kids & teens love. Program also stresses a healthy lifestyle and making good nutritional choices.
PRE-KARATE SAFETY & AWARENESS 3-5 YEAR OLDS
SHORT & LONG TERM PROGRAMS
Beginning basic karate skills, with a focus on balance & coordination. Learning to respect others, by taking turns & learning fair play. Fun games & drills. Focus is on safety and awareness. A fun & lively class where everything is done in a positive & upbeat manner.
KARATE FOR KIDS AGES 6 & UP
ONGOING WHITE THRU BLACK BELT PROGRAM
As you progress thru the ranks you will learn to respect others which in turn leads to self respect, while building confidence and self esteem. Martial arts classes can help to improve focus & concentration. Mastering basic karate skills and self defense techniques will increase the students motivation to continually challenge themselves. Martial arts classes also improve cardiovascular health, build endurance, improve strength, coordination and flexibility
